The golden era of Hip-Hop started during the early ’90s. If you grew up in New York City during this time, you got a chance to bear witness to some of the most prolific rappers to touch a microphone. But while hip-hop was busy getting the mainstream recognition it finally deserved, there was a class of understudies observing the game closely, taking notes, waiting for their opportunity.
Franchise Liaison is one such artist. The Brooklyn, New York rapper has been making music since the age of 12. The passion he displays for the art form continues to drive him to think outside of the box, and it couldn’t be any clearer on his latest project, Tha New Gods.
The music-infused animated series showcases the artist’s views and personality in a way not often captured. Designed by his partner Drum Mage, it’s both an eye and ear-catching display of artistry. The first episode, titled Nubian Groceries, is now available on Youtube @MierssocietyTV.
Being a curator of talent, Franchise decided to start his own company a few years ago called M.I.E.R.S Society. During this time, he got a chance to work with RnB talent Jennifair, who dropped two impressive projects during the covid pandemic. Be sure to catch up on Cabin Fever 1 & 2 before the release of part 3, set to drop later this year.

Working closely with Josh Lamont (Theme Music Productions) and Drum Mage (Boorderline Genius Productions), Franchise is ready to prove they are the creatives to watch in 2021. For more music-related news and business inquires, you can follow him on Instagram and Twitter @mierssociety.
