The National 4BAR League (N4L) introduces the Instaground League (IGL)—a 4v4, four-bars-each season featuring elite emcees from 4BAR App All-Stars, Pendulum Ink University, New York Firehouse, and Cali Bar Keepers.

Week 2 had fans in a frenzy as Cali Bar Keepers and New York Firehouse squared off, delivering a monumental style clash built for the IGL stage. Who came out on top? Let’s dive into the action.
With New York Firehouse securing the win, we caught up with Ansolu, our team MVP, for a recap.
Congratulations on the win! How do you feel about the overall performance of your team in Week 2?
Every member of the Firehouse team brought bars. I don’t think we got a lot of credit for our video because Barkeepers’ approach was so out of the box. We wanted to make everything cohesive, and I think we managed to do that very well.
This game had a strong contrast between creativity and lyricism. Were you surprised by the way Cali Bar Keepers approached the match-up?
No, not at all. I am familiar with those guys over there, so I knew what we were up against. Their creativity was gonna shine through regardless.
This week stirred up some controversy around the judging. Did you expect the score to be that close?
I did. As I said, I knew coming in that their video would wow the judges. I also know that my team is prepared to do what it takes to compete at the highest level. That being said, I knew it could end up being close.
Your team takes on Pendulum Ink University in Week 4. What are your thoughts on the match-up? Is there anything your team needs to work on to secure the win?
Fantastic matchup. Two bar-heavy squads. I already know how technical those guys are, but they can mix it up as well with rhythm and style. My team needs to come in with a high level of creativity across the board, and we’re ready for it!
Is there anything else you want to add before we wrap things up?
I have a lot of things brewing. “Dear Aries 2,” alongside Showrocka, is coming soon. I have another project with my Bartian brother Blonju dropping called “DaVinci Picasso,” along with another surprise collab. Oh, and a solo project will probably be out by the end of 2025. So a lot of things are on the way. Stay tuned!
Follow the National 4BAR League (N4L) and catch Week 3 of the Instaground League (IGL) on April 16th at 5 PM EST!
