Houston rapper A.B. Raps and producer Accosta the Man join forces to create an unsettling and dark masterpiece with their new album “Leatherfaces.” Heavily inspired by the 1974 horror film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the project taps into eerie themes and haunting soundscapes that mirror the brutal and chilling vibes of the cult classic.

After meeting through mutual friends, A.B. Raps and Accosta the Man quickly realized they had undeniable musical chemistry. What began as a few standalone tracks soon developed into a full-length project driven by Accosta’s passion for horror. The Texas rapper jumped at the opportunity to weave the iconic movie’s grim and grotesque atmosphere into the album.

Accosta’s production style is as sharp as a chainsaw blade—cutting through eerie samples, distorted basslines, and cinematic textures that will send chills down the spine. Just like Leatherface hunts his prey in the desolate countryside, A.B. Raps prowls the mic, delivering lyrics that hit with precision. As the album unfolds, it feels like a journey into the macabre, a sonic exploration of the eerie corners of the human mind.

With guest appearances by 9toFYVE, Mic Garza, SPEAK, GT Garza, Jon Black, Chop The Father, DFD Baby Lee, Carlos $lim, Nvy Jonez Lkr, KP Keep Pushin, and Yung Elder, the new project is a gathering of talent.
