Posted by Connecticut emcee Showrocka is going on a Mixtape Weezy run, jumping on a gang of features over the last few months. Adapting to every assignment on the agenda, Showrocka proves there isn’t a feature his pen can’t slay.
On April 2nd, he was featured on Bayani’s latest album, “The Bayani Komixtape,” on the track “Rise, King!” Following that, on May 27th, he was featured on D-sciple’s single “Drop That.” A few days later, on May 30th, he teamed up with 4nimalistic for the single “Killa Shit” alongside Long Beach rapper RBX. Most recently, on June 6th, he appeared on the King Vir2ue-produced track “4 Assassins,” joining forces with Yours Truly The Poet, SoSoon, and Tony Dimes.
As if his recent spree wasn’t impressive enough, Showrocka’s latest collaboration with SkyWalkerr on the newly released track “Knocked Down” takes it up a notch. Experimenting with different cadences and melodies, Showrocka delivers a story-packed verse rich with impressive bar-work and an underlying message: stand your ground when the devil comes knocking.
